Tech Café: GPU Supercomputing2008-04-18 13:30 2008-04-18 16:00 GPU Supercomputing — Friday, April 18th, 2008 — 1:30pm - 4:00pm Michael Garland of NVIDIA is presenting “Parallel GPU Computing With CUDA” from 1:30 — 4:00 PM on April 18, 2008, during the Tech Café on GPU Supercomputing. An innovative use of parallel computing on the GPU is building low-cost, powerful supercomputers. Current and potential uses of manycore GPU-based supercomputers include medical imaging, post-production film and video editing, thermonuclear fusion reactor modeling, artificial intelligence, astrophysics, molecular dynamics, gene sequence alignment/matching and other biomedical research.
