Dan Knauss of New Local Media will talk about Joomla, his experiences using it, and it's relation to other systems like Drupal and WordPress. (See some links he's posted.)

Also, we're coming up to less than a month before BarCampMilwaukee3 which is happening Oct 4th/5th, 2008, so any last minute planning and discussion should take place now.
